Yes. If you are not satisfied we will make it right or give a full refund

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Our rates vary widely, by season, time of day, week, and length of service needed. Hourly the rates can be as low as 90/hour or as high as 250/hour.

Q.	How much is the gratuity?
Weddings are $150.00 all other trips are generally 20%.

Q.	What is included in the price?
Soft Drinks, ice, champagne, glassware, coffee, hors d'oeuvres, tax, tolls and mileage.

Q.	Do you provide snacks and beverages?
Yes, a wide variety. We actually work with a catering firm which specializes in cold hors d'oeuvres.

Q.	How much is the deposit?
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is due 3-5 days prior on weddings and on arrival for all other services.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes, we are licensed by the state of Massachusetts and the Federal Department of Transportation. As such we must have 5,000,000 in insurance on each vehicle we operate!
